Welcome to Fleur. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at joinfleur.com (the "Site"), operated by Fleur ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a founding membership request, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Site
Fleur is a private lifestyle community currently in its pre-launch founding phase. At this stage, the Site exists to describe the planned platform and to accept founding membership requests through a waitlist. Submitting a request does not create a paid membership, does not obligate you to pay anything, and does not guarantee acceptance into the community.
2. Eligibility
The Site and the planned Fleur platform are intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site or request membership. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Founding Membership Requests
- Founding membership is limited to the first 500 accepted members.
- Submitting a request places you on the founding waitlist; it is not a purchase and no payment information is collected.
- Founding rates displayed on the Site reflect our current intended pricing for founding members at launch. Final pricing, billing terms, and membership agreements will be presented for your review and acceptance before any payment is ever requested.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership request, consistent with our commitment to a verified, respectful community.
4. Verification and Community Standards
The planned Fleur platform is built on member verification, privacy, and mutual respect. Details of the verification process, community guidelines, and enforcement policies will be provided as part of the membership agreement at launch. Disrespectful conduct, misrepresentation, or attempts to harm other members will be grounds for removal.
5. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us at every stage. Our collection and use of information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including the Fleur name, wordmark, bloom mark, text, design, and imagery, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, scraping content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of planned platform features reflect our current intentions and may change before launch.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleur will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
