Privacy Policy

Privacy is a founding principle of Fleur, not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through joinfleur.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site during our pre-launch founding phase.

1. What We Collect

The Site collects only what you choose to give us:

• Email address, when you submit a founding membership request.
• Membership type (couple, single woman, or single man), as selected on the request form.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, photos, or profile details at this stage. No account is created.

2. How We Use It

• To maintain the founding membership waitlist.
• To contact you about Fleur's launch, founding member access, and related updates.
• To understand the composition of the founding community (for example, the balance of couples and single members).

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send unrelated marketing.

3. Service Providers

The Site relies on a small number of service providers to operate:

• Formspree processes waitlist form submissions on our behalf.
• Netlify hosts the Site and may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of providing hosting services.
• Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those required by our hosting provider for basic operation.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep waitlist information until launch, until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed, whichever comes first. To have your information removed from the waitlist at any time, email hello@joinfleur.com from the address you submitted, and we will delete it.

6. Discretion

We understand the nature of this community calls for discretion. Emails from Fleur are sent from our own domain, do not disclose the nature of the platform in sender names, and are written so that a subject line alone reveals nothing sensitive.

7. Age Restriction

The Site is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Because we collect so little, the fastest path for any request is simply emailing hello@joinfleur.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page. A more detailed privacy policy will accompany the full platform at launch.
